Context

Founded in 2017 by Marlène Harnois, in partnership with Peace and Sport, the Didier Drogba Foundation and Golden Blocks sponsored by Ladji Doucouré, the Peace of Caravan is ​​a solidarity event with the aim of uniting the Champions to participate, all together, humanitarian action for development and peace.

In a spirit of friendship and sharing, the Caravan of Peace is organized annually in a developing country to convey the values ​​of sport to bind people, to inspire youth in the realization of their dreams and provide support in areas affected by precariousness.

Driven by the desire to contribute to positive change, many sportsmen, artists and humanists engage with them and participate, throughout the Peace Caravan, in actions to promote sport, education and , health, the fight against HIV / AIDS and sustainable development. (*)

In August 2017, the organizers of the Caravan of Peace contacted theAgir Ensemble association and the Safe Water Cube endowment fund to integrate the project of installation of a Safe Water Cube fountain during this solidarity week within the village of Walo Keur Massamba in Senegal to facilitate access to drinking water for these inhabitants.

The project consisted in installing 1 Safe Water Cube fountain in the village of Walo Keur Massamba in Senegal to facilitate access to drinking water and prevent the proliferation of diseases due to poor water quality.

This project focuses on two points: WATER and HEALTH

  • Provide and set up a Safe Water Cube Fountain,
  • Improve the health and hygiene of the inhabitants of Walo Keur Massamba
